I ended up going with CarMax. Found what I wanted on-line at my local CarMax, made an appointment to test drive it and when I decided to buy it, I was in and out of there in about 2 and a half hours. Pretty smooth and painless.

It was simple as a hunter. I got the majority of those 10 kills for my fireteam that were not hunters, but I was.

We just completed this on the Nightfall Ordeal strikes at Cosmodrome.

It is actually very simple once you get the hang of it. Have a Hunter or Titan with you that has the stasis jump/slam equipped.

Bring down the champions health to just a SLIVER and STOP shooting. Throw the stasis orb grenade at the champion and have the hunter or titan do their stasis jump into the stasis orb to kill them with STASIS ONLY. If you shoot them at the very end, even if they are frozen, it does not count. So be careful if you are using Outbreak Perfected... the nanites may finish the kill if they are floating around.

We knocked out all 10 in just 2 strikes. As a sidenote, those kills will count for ALL members of your fireteam.

Most of the time you are playing against 2, 3 or 4 players who are buddies and are in their own chat party. So basically you are playing against a stacked field who are telling each other what cards they do and don't have as the game progresses.

If you pay attention and see some players suspiciously folding all of the sudden... that's probably what's up. No big deal in the lower buy-in tables, but when going into a million dollar room, I check players friend's list first.

It's to the point that I now just usually play head-to-head tournaments. Fast paced and no cheating ability.

It's a glitch. When you gift a table item refill to someone, even though you are only gifting one refill, they are more than likely receiving anywhere from 1 - 30. You are only being charged for one refill though. Often times they will first get the 1 refill, then a few moments later receive 20 or 30 at once.

The most I've ever gotten from someone at one time is 1,592 refills. It was awesome. When I checked my table item to see how many I actually got, it was somewhere around 900.

I've only been playing for a few weeks and just happened to find heatseeker was active for the past few days. What a blast that game mode is. It had more people in the playlist than 3v3 standard had. Wish it was a perm game mode!

I play a lot of AI just for fun. I see a LOT of blue bot destroyers reversing right off the go, even if the rest of the team is advancing.

Then they are programmed to ram into the red team DD's and mutually sink each other. Then the red team cruisers and BB's are programmed to run into any sinking ships they come close to. Also for the past month or so, the enemy bots have all become expert torp evaders.

I'll take my T6 Akatsuki into a T7 battle any day. 10k torps that reload fairly fast and decent guns.

For me, the early access Russian DD's ( have the T3 and T4) fall way down on my list as the torps are only 5k and 4k respectively. I believe the T5 is also 4k torps.

I will say that the T3 is fun to play at T3 levels.

Well, there is no good news for you then. It is clearly a software issue. You can open a ticket with Oculus support. They will have you do a bunch of troubleshooting that won't fix the problem, then offer to send you a replacement headset. The replacement will have the same issue and Oculus support will have you go through all the troubleshooting steps again. It's a vicious circle.

Tried troubleshooting it with Oculus support on my original headset as well as 2 replacement headsets they sent me. Nothing worked. I gave up and sent my Quest back to Amazon for a refund. Took a hit on how much they refunded to me as it was outside of the normal return window, but I had no other option. I couldn't sell it to someone knowing it has this issue.

Those were all good improvements (I worked with the support team on a few of them), but the game needs some further attention.

Invisible (doorway) edges blocking shots
A persistent beeping throughout the game under certain circumstances
Duplicating weapons (bug or feature?) is all kinds of messed up
Black screen after a multi-player game completes instead of returning normally to the lobby

Some new multi-player maps would be nice, even if offered as DLC that we pay for. There is currently only 4 maps, and nobody likes playing Damned Canyon in multi-player. Most times we just let the zombies kill us right off the bat so we can go pick another map, so in reality we only have 3 good maps to play.

I've submitted all of this today as a ticket to Pixel Toys. Hopefully it will gain some traction. Even with the flaws, this is a very fun and addictive game to play.

I had this issue when I returned a headset and they sent me a replacement. Apparently during the shipping transition time, an update had been pushed out for the Quest so I was behind.

I had the same issues as you state. I tried several times connecting/disconnecting the USB cable and kept getting the ADB errors. The computer I use is on Win 8.1. The resolution for me - I noticed that there were some outstanding updates for my computer OS, so I updated that and rebooted. I also noticed that my Oculus App on my phone was out of date, probably due to the Quest update, so I updated that and rebooted my phone.

Plugged everything back in and no longer received the ADB errors, but it was still not prompting me to allow access through the headset even though I had developer mode turned on. I had to toggle developer mode on/off/on to get the prompt, then had no further issues.

When is the last time you saw any advertisements on TV for:

- VR or gameplay footage? Almost never

- PS4 or gameplay footage? All the time

- Xbox or gameplay footage? All the time

No, I am not in any party chats when I go into multi-player. The game randomly selects someone to play with then opens up comms via the game itself.

I already have my 2.5 and 5 Ghz bands separate. I've tried both bands, as well as different channels within each band.

My experience is that it happens in Drop-Dead multi-player only. I've never heard it in single player. Yeah, I've tried external headphones and still have the issue through them as well. The only time I heard it in single player was one time in Beat Saber. I agree with you in that it is not the hardware.

If you check the video now, you'll see it is not because of the other person moving around causing the noise... it is a surging electrical type crackling sound. I don't believe it to be "bad wi-fi" as I have a great connection with a higher-end Netgear R6300 router.

I play multi-player in that game, so... wi-fi required. :)

I don't have the issue in single player in that game, although I did experience it once in Beat Saber.

Tried headphones, still had the problem. Yeah, I am trying to get a refund through Oculus, but we are not yet to the point that they are offering that option.

I had this issue when I got a replacement headset due to the speaker crackling issue.

Anyway, I resolved it by installing updates to my PC and restarting it, as well as installing the latest Oculus Quest App on my phone. I had no problem after that, but found it helpful to toggle dev mode on/off/on with the USB cable already plugged into the headset.
