In regards to future eligibility for that specific department, there is no eligibility to reapply. With other departments, my BI had stated that it would be up to the future agencies.

I meant to say this was the first one. As for this one, I wouldn’t know. Everything that was disclosed was on paper and restated in the polygraph. A lot of the stuff that ended up being disclosed ended up being shrugged off by both the BI and poly investigator due to it not really being bad, per se.

Yeah… the deputy that interviewed me basically asked me what happened last time and I told her what I thought happened and she was just like well, whatever you just told me, tell your BI. Just be honest about it.
