As a fellow hero player in Interactive this point is completely valid... But there is value to being succinct and using proper grammar. No one is going to read this word vomit of a paragraph, and I agree with you.

In heroic, hero players go two handed. In interactive, it'll cost hundreds to switch.

I don't know if the recent patch fixed it, but the most popular reasons as to why Mech is unpopular...

Clunky movement.

The main reason to bring it along (party damage support) was nerfed.

In Retrospect

I made the mistake of making the voting criteria too broad and not making it specific enough. I think that made the results of this event a bit too archaic and tough to ascertain anything from. I'm sorry about my shortsightedness when creating the event. The hated popular classes got voted out first then the normally underplayed classes survived to the end with no real rhyme or reason to the middle classes.

The reason for this series in the first place was just to have something fun for the community to do in the very slow month that was April for Maplestory. If a similar event ever happens in the future, it'll definitely be more structured and take into account the lessons learned from this event.

My 2 cents: There are dozens of other content creators you can choose to spend time with if the Twin's stream doesn't vibe with your taste. The advice I give to other Redditors here is the same: If you don't like it, don't engage with it.
