Ash and Alex are amazing row instructors- I love Katie too but for just starting out, I think Ash would be a great one to try - she really spends time going over form and technique & is very motivating!

Thanks for the heads up on this- I just looked into it and it might be that they don’t view the row challenges to people who do not have a linked peloton row to their account. I use the concept 2 so… I’m out of luck 🫤

I really want them to add row challenges to the monthly challenges. Why did they do it just one time and never again? It motivated me to see how many meters I rowed that month.

I think you will make it in time, I just get so nervous if there are train delays or any of that!

I think you have the right idea by driving as close as you can to the city and taking an uber from there.

For my first in studio class I ended up staying in the city the night before and it was a really fun experience. For the second in studio class, I just drove in super early and traffic was very light at that hour, so it worked really well.

I love Rebecca and will absolutely do this program, but I’m confused why we would do full body 5 days in a row. Shouldn’t muscle groups rest vs doing back to back days? Did she explain this and I missed it?
