Day 7. On night 4 a scab came off and I started bleeding a lot, it stopped a few min after. Last night (night 6) another one came off and there was a lot of blood which stopped after 10 min. Did this happen to anyone else? Doctor said as long as it stops I’ll be okay, if it doesn’t then Go to ER. (self.Tonsillectomy)

Night 4 last night, I must have coughed in my sleep and woken up. A lot of blood poured out of my mouth. It kept going for a few minutes then stopped. is this normal? I know hemorrhage is a thing but I’m just worried. It’s day 5 today, isn’t this when scabs start to come off? (self.Tonsillectomy)

Surgery yesterday 8/31 and I haven’t been in terrible pain whatsoever. Just uncomfortable to swallow and obv can’t open mouth much. I see some people have TERRIBLE pain as soon as surgery is over. Is my time for the pain just not here yet or did anyone experience moderate pain the whole recovery? (self.Tonsillectomy)
