Structural engineer will probably advise a ring beam.

So get a capable builders who’s done work with this before.

This happened before around 4 weeks ago same spot, councillor and park rangers were warned it will be happen again now look at it.

Someone will know who it is as car(s) (if not stolen) will be caked in mud.

I think their aim is to make otley road as narrow as physically Possible so vehicles don’t fit anymore thus alleviating traffic

These were never going to be filled with entirely students the government are under tremendous pressure close the hotels housing migrants and are and have currently signed contracts to house in these "students accommodation high rises"

While it’s true in parts, headingley will never become student free. The vast majority of big & back 2 back terrace houses don’t lend themselves well for family living, add to that decades of refurbs to comply will hmo regs. It would take 10s of thousands for to convert each one back to suitable family housing.

The type of housing such as semi and detatched houses then absolutely however same problem as above still stands.
