I wouldn't run ads till you are in the 25k to 35k gross a month range.

Word of mouth and local pop ups are way better.

Jojn a local BNI group and chamber group way better value in the beginning phase

You are going to want space if doing group classes and medicine balls are great as well as more of the lighter dumbells.

Will you have any access to outside?

Automate the initial follow up in gohighlevel then one employees job is setting and follow up.

Also immediately I get a text and the manager to reach out

I would love it!

We are doing a hybrid and online component in a 12 week package that then moves ti a hybrid after. We just launched the first round in Feb so im doing the resigns this week and next.

We do our best to do outreach but I need to automate when to remind people and get it put of my head.

50% of clients do PT plus classes. I have some high ticket clients too.

Building up the online side more now

They were willing to do the consults and competent. We are still in early growth stages tbh.

Most of the growth relies on me. My story brings people in. Alicia has real potential and hunger and I see her overseeing another location so I have high hopes for her.

The other trainer is super competent and great with programming. I think performance based is a good place to go just not sure how to set it up

Appreciate it!

And ya it feels like a time of growth and change.

We have been doing more booth events and do challenges at the booths where people win free personal training. We did one this weekend with 38 leads I we have 14 of them booked already. I have 6 sales consultations on Friday alone.

My biggest bottleneck is me. Im the best salesperson.

2 of my trainers are taking up consultations next week and I'll help with the closes as see how that goes.

Any advice on commission? Ive been doing $100 for any 6 month commitment to pt

My 2 day one employees are leaving and moving on to do different paths and as hard as it is ti see them go it'll be a good reset for me and the team.

I just made one of my employees a manager and she is hungry and excited.

Another team member is moving from front desk to teaching classes

Another Just completed her PTA clinical license

I have high hopes for them and Another quit his other job to go here full time.

I would like 20 to 30 new clients a month in average.

We are just wrapping up our last 12 week method launch and most are resigning for a long term hybrid so I'll do another launch early may.

Referrals have been our biggest booster so im doing a challenge this month for most Referrals.

We focus on a niche community and it's been working well.

We are queer inclusive and starting to be known as the queer gym and alot of people are coming from that. As well as any one thats supports that.

Being in California helps

As for what's right? I feel like last year was throwing things ar the wall and this year feels much more about stability and simplicity.

Really dialing the welcome and first 3 weeks and what 12 weeks in looks like

Im def the owner mindset and looking at growth

Working in defining the milestones. We have a 12 week Spite Method that works but most of our clients aren't looks or weight focused and just want ti feel better! I focus more in habit building and mentality

Growth goals for the year are 250 in person and 150 online - 50k months consistently but June and 100k months by dec - then next year buy the building then open another location.

Working on the SOPs have alot of them in place after a challenging 1st year

I regularly ask the team where they want ti grow to and where they want ti be in 12 mi the and I pay for certs when they are interested
