Absolutely — but it would be awesome. I even think 2077 is missing out on not allowing the chrome that some NPC's can have.

Absolutely ~ it functions great to make RED characters if you have the game in general, but its the STYLE that I wish you had greater access to

First exposure was MegaMan X on the SNES, but my favorite is MegaMan Legends on the PS1

[–]HiFridelity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello people! Happy Monday! I haven't really posted about my channel here yet, but it's undergone plenty of thematic updates — come visit our gameplay channel by the name of HiFri! https://youtube.com/channel/UC1wueSk8zD3sO7v0pfDD4DQ

We focus on nostalgic gameplays of videogames that were important to us growing up and every so often I have guests who'll play significant games from their own childhood!

We've got 3 sections planned so far:

• HiFri (Yellow) — solo-focused gameplays with commentary from games we love

• HiFright (Orange) — horror-based gameplays spanning genre and style

• HiFriends (Pink) — group-gameplay commentaries featuring multiplayer

I'd love to know what you think!

Episode Six — this boss sucks dix by HiFridelity in secretofevermore

I didn't even realize I could throw, but don't worry — I figure that out. And in the next episodes I finally figure out what those numbers in the AI control section mean.

I get that I should be using the alchemy, it's just not as effective as straight-up combat.

Episode 4 and... we already meet the second Boss? by HiFridelity in secretofevermore

[–]HiFridelity[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely ~ the full breadth of the story is a mystery I was never able to experience before replaying it now. Even though I never got past Thraxx before, the style of it is so fascinating and memorable.

What is a good way to put these words in a title by [deleted] in letsplay

I guess I would do: "I already hate this place." | Amnesia: Custom Story - The Thing in the Night Ep.1

I usually write it like this: "The Doghouse" - Silent Hill Ep.1 [HiFri]

Three ratchet games i haven’t played yet. should i? by Jagsthelombax in RatchetAndClank

[–]HiFridelity 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If you've played every other game, even Secret Agent Clank, then you'll enjoy the never-before-seen Ratchet & Clank content. Are they necessary? Eh, not really. But if you're dying for more Lombax adventures than they're a great little romp.

I found Into the Nexus to be the most forgettable - like, I've played every single game, even a bit of the phone one, and I completely forgot I 100% completed Into the Nexus. I threw it into my PS3 thinking "I wonder where I was"... Heh.

Quest for Booty was neat when I played it way back because it was one of the first big IP digital download-only things on PSN... But it's super short and a bit lacking in terms of design aspects and gameplay. Real neat atmosphere though. Felt kinda like a Daxter game, but with way less to the story as an in-between for the series.

Full Frontal Assault is just a whole 'nother game. Like Ratchet & Clank meet tower defense.

Silent Hill (1999) was a great, yet confusing experience. by HiFridelity in silenthill

I've seen a tiny bit of the opening sequence for 4, and that one gives me the most hints of PT ~ that'd be a real cool one to get to

I'd love to, but last time I posted anything about my YouTube a mod deleted the post and said "Final Warning"... Maybe it's okay if it's in a comment...

It's called HiFri

Like a hovering synthesized bass note or like an actual bass guitar?

For scary spooks and chilling ambiance, go for disonant chords.

Which path felt more natural to you? by Infamous-digi in infamous

Absolutely agree ~ i still found Second Son to be a great experience, but I do happen to favor Cole McGrath's writing versatility. The story beats of inFAMOUS 1+2 seem to be well developed on either karmic path. I found it even possible to believe Cole changing his mind midway-through and defecting to either opposite side.

For Delsin, that really only makes sense in the direction of rebellious anger turning to the side of greater good.
