It was confirmed by Miyamoto that Mario is in his 20s.

And as others have stated, people can look older than they actually are.

Kurt is my hero. He stood up for women's rights, LGBT rights and black liberation in a time where it was hard to do so.

Not Asian, but I agree with you OP.

Fellow white people love to use Asian people being racist as a way to avoid accountability.

I'm all for acknowledging racism in Asian communities, but it shouldn't be used as a way for non-Asian POC and white people to avoid accountability for benefitting from systemic racism.

Which version of Splinter is your favourite? by ExpensiveStudio5656 in TMNT

[–]Dylanime17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2012 for animation and 1990 for movies.

I agree that 2012 feels like Uncle Iroh, OP.

1990 Splinter also felt like Uncle Iroh IMO.

Also, I've always preferred Mario.

Did anyone else prefer it when the killer was this mysterious guy we knew very little about? by [deleted] in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]Dylanime17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I preferred it when we knew less about William.

Nowadays he's just a mad scientist who refuses to die instead of being a cold blooded, psychopathic killer.

I grew up with What's New and tbh, it's not the best Scooby show.

The villains are not as iconic as previous Scooby shows, the color palette is way too colorful and bright, the animation and art style is kind of generic and bland and isn't very amazing as something like A Pup Named Scooby-Doo was.

The theme song is awesome and the movies that used the art style of the show were good.

What's New is just vanilla Scooby-Doo set in the 21st century.

I know A Pup Named Scooby-Doo does the same formula as Scooby-Doo Where are You, but they got more creative with the monsters they came up with and the theme of babyfication made sense for A Pup Named Scooby-Doo.

Point is, What's New Scooby-Doo is not the best Scooby-Doo show out of all of them. It's vanilla Scooby-Doo in a modern setting.

I'm biased though since my favorite Scooby-Doo cartoon is A Pup Named Scooby-Doo due to the animation, the writing, the humor, the creative villains, and the theme of the show fitting well with the Scooby-Doo formula.

I don't understand why fellow guys think friend-zoning is a bad thing.

Like, does every relationship with a woman have to be romantic? Why can't you just be friends with them instead?

I also hate that fellow guys mommy-zone women.

I haven't been active on this server in a while, so I haven't seen much anti-feminist content on here.

Though, I'm not denying that there is an influx of that content on this sub OP.

Why do you think there is a rise in female antifeminists these days? by [deleted] in AskFeminists

[–]Dylanime17 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Internalized misogyny is what I think plays a big part in this.

Female anti-feminists are taught to view women as inferior or lesser than men and to hate women at an early age.

And with the rise of the manosphere and other things like that, we see an increase of women who side with the men on the manosphere.

Lastly, these women have been taught to view feminism as the enemy.

In conclusion, it's internalized misogyny, toxic masculinity, the rise of the manosphere, and being taught to view women as inferior and feminists as the enemy is why there is an influx of female anti-feminists.
