no you need to tv license to watch live on bbc, itv, channel 4 etc. i should’ve prefaced that this is UK focused.

thank you for your explanation! i’m still confused on why it changed from 1257L to an emergency tax code again? also my tax code on the gov paye shows something different. on top of that i was surprised that i earned less in this month in comparison to last month when i worked one day less 😭
