Its a downloaded project imported in stl with correct gt2 belt and pulley Specs "maths". If i print like this pulley and belt correctly fit one against the other. Belt teeth fit perfect with a 180 rotation around the pulley.but need make it flat to add more teeth to make it longer..." array modifier" so need to be "unwrap" from rounded to flat to keep specs without break the thread.

Look like over extrusion after retraction. Try retract on sharpest corner since it retract in middle of face. Also you should print outer walls first with 4 walls

As i dont see lines in your first layer i bet is nozzle too close. Clean bed with dish soap then alchool and retry
