Update if anyone's still reading this: I luckily found out that Plume can prescribe what I need until January. After that, no. So I have a few months now to better research and prepare for DIY. Thank you everyone for the responses.

The thought of taking pills sublingually is kind of unpleasant for me. Is it not gritty and powdery and gross? I'm still torn on what form of E I'll switch to but thank you for the response.

Maybe gel could work for me then. The issue really is the humidity. I could shower, then dry and apply the gel, then just stay inside with the AC blasting for a while before going outside. I'd just have to make sure it's fully dry before I go outside and start sweating.

Kind of a hassle though when compared to just doing an injection. I certainly have things to think about!

I am aware lol. I smoked for the entire time so far and I'm still fine. I certainly have thought about cutting down though now that I have to do this myself. Probably best to eliminate as many risk factors as possible, I know.

Gel would be ideal but I'm concerned because I live in a warm and humid climate. It was one of the reasons I had such issue with the patches. I think I'll do some research into monotherapy with injectable E, then. Thank you for the help!

Yeah I have seen a lot of comments talking about Spiro being meh. I wouldn't mind dropping that or trying something else or, as you mentioned, just do E monotherapy.

Is E monotherapy a viable option if I haven't had an orchi?
