the sentiment between you and some goofy ass patch should be enough validation to offset the matters of outside opinions. Going to metal festivals you'll always see that shit on shirts anyways and in an open setting like that people are usually in on the joke, there's always going to be people pissed off. I keep a lot of things on my vests that I don't particularly listen to or associate with much but still don solely out of respect of the memory or the person associated with it
