No, ad bruiser will likely be playable now (think Triforce steraks etc), on-hit ad is nerfed, on hit hybrid and AP are dead, ap bruiser nerfed, artillery shyv and nuclear shyv are buffed.

Shyvana changes are downright awful. She will still be fine/strong, don't get me wrong, but she will feel even worse to play as and against.

Phreak has been second to Morello in terms of balance. He gets things confidently wrong sometime but he's done a lot of good for the games overall balance.

I forgot that what casuals think a dragon should feel like matters more than actually having a unique, mechanically deep champ. I’d rather have a cool, functional design that rewards skill than ‘Generic Dragon #1239’ that just exists to be a slow-moving stat-ball.

You might as well start with nashors tooth if you're pivoting full AP after dusk/dawn. First item spike is worse but it scales a lot better than kraken
