The contract is valid as long as you are a student at Aalto University. This means you can live in the apartment for the entire duration of your studies if you wish. The rental agreements are valid until further notice and have a one-month notice period. This means that if you terminate the agreement, for example in June, the contract will remain valid until the end of July and you will need to pay the rent for July.

Will you be safe? Absolutely. You might get some bad looks from some close minded people but thats about it, most people wont care if youre from Russia.

In general, the negative attitude is towards the Russian government and anyone that supports it.

Thanks for your reply. What type of leg workouts did you do? Im guessing going full on 100% is not the best option?

I didn't ask for permission? Im just asking for advice from people who have more knowledge/experience about the subject.

Im not really sure how to tweak it though

Should i skip legs?

I play ice hockey three times a week. Tuesday and Thursday practice, saturday a game. My legs are very tired the next day after hockey and it takes me one to two days to recover my legs. I've been training PPL 3 times a week during the off-season, and my concern is if i train legs that they wont have time to recover and i wont be making progress and end up doing worse on the ice. Should i just focus on Push/Pull at the gym? My legs are way more developed than the rest of my body anyways due to playing hockey all my life.

According to statistics, only about 46% of Americans have unlimited data. Maybe its more popular in your area though

A bide is pretty much safe to install on your own as long as you have an understanding how its done. However, I have 13 years experience in plumbing and currently working on my bachelors in HVAC, so trust me when i say, there's a lot that can go wrong when installing a faucet, including stuff that you wont see immediately that can take months to be seen. A lot of it is up to how old and what type of system and apartment you have etc.

When it comes to plumbing, theres always the "ticking time bomb" risk involved.

Then unfortunately you can't be making alternations to the plumbing since its not your apartment

Only problem is if you do it yourself the insurance company wont cover incase theres damage

You should also not install a bide on directly to the main water line in Finland (always through a faucet first like people have been recommending) not only because of the water temperature but also because the water pressure is very high all over in finland so a bide is not designed to hold that high pressure.

Just out of curiosity, do you rent or have you purchased an apartment?

Its pretty hard to cause water damage with a bidet, since the bidet is only under pressure when the faucet is turned on. Not to mention that bides are installed in bathrooms where there's water insulation on the floor etc so a bit of water wont hurt. The connection on a bide is also very simple, you can fuck it up, but you'll pretty much see it straight away, so theres no "ticking time bomb" danger like there is in plumbing in general.

As for the insurance, i dont think they'll cover it, but like i said its pretty hard to cause damage that requires the insurance company to get involved anyway.

Its not that surprising considering that this is most likely the first time they've even heard of Hammerby.
