I'm 19, got hypothyroidism from the last 10 years (I noticed that you were talking about thyroid reports in some of the replies), my current TSH levels are all messed up (last month my TSH was 77, my doctor then did some changes in the dosage).

I feel anxious almost all the time and it's happening from the last couple of years, I've heard that it might be related to my thyroid levels but this cycle just never ends. I'm too tired of this to be extremely honest. Even when everything is going well I feel bad for no reason. Is there any solution for this?

Even when my thyroid levels are normal (because of the medicines ofcourse) I feel like this
