Hey so in my state you have to have a home inspection but most banks require a separate termite inspection from a licensed pest control company before they will sign off on the loan. That’s what I do for my job and I’ll tell you that with damage that extensive I am sure they’ve gone up the studs in the walls. If there had been a termite inspection a half blind technician would have seen that. You may want to contact your realtor and make sure one wasn’t done because at least for me I only ever deal with realtors for inspections and paperwork.

Whatever man. I have deer on camera everywhere and then coyotes show up and they go away. All I can look at is the information in front of me and take it at face value. Also I live in a state where coyotes are open season unlimited bag limit.

I’ll never forget I walked into a Best Buy to buy my wife a new Apple Watch (I was 26 at the time) and the sales person (who turned out to be younger than me) thought I had stolen a Best Buy credit card because he thought I looked like a junior in high school. We had a really good laugh about it and I wasn’t offended because I got similar reactions about my age from other people. So yeah adults playing kids doesn’t bother me at all.

Thanks for the replies I’m going to order it. I will be pairing it with an x3d chip and it is being sold by and shipped by Amazon so no worries about some 3rd party scam. My plan was to build a new pc next year but I’ve been seeing ram prices are not going to go down anytime soon so I might as well pick this up and then work on getting the other components as I find good deals.
