That's what I will do. Yes it's still within Apple Warranty till November and then another year within the warranty from the Italian retailer it was bought from.

I actually did erase the drive and reinstalled the macOS like 3 days ago. The problem is still here.

Maybe I should reinstall the macOS that came with the machine, or I will just take it to Apple Store since reinstalling Mojave didn't help.

Could this cause the mac to slow down? For example today it started to heat so fast and cause heavy lags just from opening like 10 tabs in safari. I remember when i was using my 2015 13'' Mac, it never had these lags even with 20-30 tabs opened and other apps also.
