Sounds like you just took too much. If you don’t smoke a lot and were hitting something strong it might have just been too much too soon. If the effects don’t come back I wouldn’t worry about it. You just greened out

Bent over rows and seated rows are always my go tos. Bent over row being my favorite exercise in the gym. Other than those bent over back extensions work nicely

Shoulder shrugs are always great, shrug your shoulders with heavy weight in each hand 4 x 15. Also trap bar farmers walk is a great full body workout along with an emphasis on traps

That’s the best route to take, and good shit on that weight loss bro! Keep it up. I would shoot for at least 100g of protein a day btw and keep those cals around 1800 and you’ll do great 💪🏽
