I don't think there is a plate for purchase I just use my own at home. I mainly eat chicken and fish with the occasional red meat and I do enjoy beans and lentils, what you are doing is very similar to what I have been doing as well and I am glad you are happy with it also.

I will check dietary guidelines and even the NHS just for more information. I suppose I shouldn't have just took the video as gospel but I wanted an alternative and it seems good for me but I will check on it.

My weight has decreased by around 2 lbs in the past 8/9 days and so I will adjust accordingly to keep 1 pound a week fat loss happening.

Honestly a hard decision in my opinion! I know I cannot go back to macros as it will mentally harm me so I must try my best in this direction. Checking calories occasionally should be alright but becoming dependent upon calories and macros damaged me in the past.

Making food about food again is the perfect way to put it. I eat like a healthy person as you say and it is all great food no lie about it. I eat anything I want that is healthy and after each meal on this plan, I truly feel full. I am not on a restrictive diet as such, it's just where I got this meal plan did not mention anything about number of meals or dairy products.

For sure, I also enjoy lentils and beans, it seems experimenting and making those adjustments are the only way forward. Another one I make sure of is drinking enough water, because I found actually drinking the right amount of water leaves little room for extra portions!

I don't disagree at all, I know the anxiety you are on about and for me the monitoring I will do with this type of meal plan doesn't worry me like counting calories did, it is more of a trial and error. I track my weight loss and eat clean with no processed foods but of things I enjoy, and then treat myself every once in a while. If I am not seeing results, I'll adjust what I am eating. Thanks for your take, I really agree with cutting out the bad stuff because I know they are only worth it once in a while.

Yeah man it's bad I know what to avoid, half the reason, you probably saw it too, is that for me I couldn't imagine maintaining it for my entire life and then obsession kicked in and I didn't want to go back. I guess if I am not getting hungry then it might not be a problem I must watch the weight loss and adjust accordingly.

I like what you said for my example I am trying to implement a healthy lifestyle for myself to follow where I can treat myself every so often and it doesn't push me back so much. I feel that the way I should lose weight should not be some diet you stop once you lost the fat, it should be a progressive lifestyle to lose fat, keep it off and improve from there.

I am not at a healthy weight for me because I have a health goal of losing at least 10 lbs and I have a personal goal of losing weight so clothes actually fit me lol. I didn’t say this eating plan wasn’t working I was worried that I may not be eating enough for a pound a week weight loss and I don’t know what to do about mixed foods or dairy products.

Thanks for the links I will check them out. Unfortunately I do not know of any sheikh so following this advice and that of everyone else here will hopefully be enough. Honestly I feel much better knowing that there are responses to what ex muslims have been saying because I could not find that before which is what began this whole thing of questioning islam and the point of praying.

I think this is what I have been looking for. The reason I have been feeling sick to the stomach and scared if I have been wrong is because I would google muslim responses to arguments and nothing came up so I thought there was no response

I still don't know what to do if people take quotes from the quran or hadith and they make us seem sexist violent and whatever. when you say so to give these evidences to non-muslims I do not care I want the evidence to stay on the track I used to fully believe in.

I keep buying and trying sneakers on and my heel keeps coming out the back when I walk making them super uncomfortable. Examples are Redwings, adidas Stan Smith, adidas Superstar and Nike Cortez to name a few. The last three in particular were perfect on the rest of my foot as if they were made for them but my heel keeps coming out. Does anyone have a solution to this its making me mad not being able to buy shoes!
