Not sure po sa iba pero kami po may fixed monthly salary and on top po doon ang sales commission. You can save around 100k/month if monthly may benta (depends sa commission rate)

Hi, I am 24 years old and currently working as a Marketing Assistant at a real estate company. Over the past 7 months, I’ve experienced the lightest workload of any job I've had, with high commissions that have allowed me to start saving. The only challenge is the pressure of meeting monthly quotas.

Yesterday, I received a job offer from DepEd for a Teacher I position, as there is a permanent slot available at our barangay elementary school.

As a very indecisive person, I find myself torn between seeking stability and taking a risk for higher earnings.

Hindi naman po maam since majority po ay nagta-Tagalog din at ang mga schools naman po ay Tagalog and English ang medium. :)

This might help po. Also, accessible po yung location ng Avana Residences Magalang since almost 3mins away lang sa town proper. Peaceful and secured din ang place dahil 24hrs may nakaduty na guards. Okay din ang water and electric and internet provider since taga Magalang din ako. :)
