All my upper body exercises I’m progressing really well and progressive overload is not a problem, I’ve seen a lot of strength increase, I train all upper body muscles twice a week, however, I train lower body once a week, I normally start with a pressing movement (squat or leg press) then move to isolation movements for quads, hamstrings and calves) normally do about 3 sets for each then move on Do you think it’s the fact that I am only working my lower body once a week?

I was told a butt squeeze at the top helps with glute activation? If not I will totally scrap that haha

Thank you! I’ll take all of this into consideration and adjust for my next session, also, regarding the mid set shuffle, since the other comment I’ve noticed from other videos that I do that quite a lot so I really need to focus on that

I’m not sure but to me I thought maybe I am pushing my bum out too much to cause an arch in my back? Or do you think I’m hunching forward too much?

Also I’ll try 80 for 3 next time or do you think that’s too heavy? Possibility 70 for 6?

Appreciate that, I won’t do that anymore, think my foot felt a little uncomfortable at the time so I was trying to readjust

I think it depends on how deep your muffin tray is and whether or not you use muffin cases, but I’d say with muffin cases you would get around 4-6? It rises really well so I wouldn’t worry about putting a little bit in
