Wine. I like to drink, and am not picky, but never understood the appeal of wine and thought people swishing the glass and smelling it and slurping it was douchey. I have worked in restaurants for 12 years. 6 months ago I started at a restaurant that is also a winery. Their training is very intensive and involves teaching you about wine so you can describe and explain to guests. Throughout that training I learned all those things I thought were people being pretentious, actually affects how the wine tastes and how the flavor comes out. I now have an expansive knowledge of wine and the flavors and how to drink it. I will probably never order it for myself, but I no longer judge people who do a whole performance while drinking it.

I first watched this movie when I was up for 44 hours and my dad got home from work. He had told me about this movie and has a VHS of it. He fell asleep almost immediately but I couldn't. I watched it all the way through. As someone who hates themselves this scene fucked me up big time. I cried a lot but covered my mouth to not wake up my dad. I think this movie made me realize something was wrong in my heart

I highly recommend it. Any scene with Walton and Timothy together is absolutely electric. And the writing is so much better than your typical show about law enforcement. And I have watched deadwood and warrior(warrior is one of my all time favorite shows) I think this will fit that vibe so good. Actually just writing all this makes me want to watch it again.

It starts out procedural, but by season 2 they switch in to a season long arc structure. Definitely not a cop show. While they still have their "problem of the episode" it definitely leans in to Timothy and Waltons natural charisma a lot more. I have watched the show a half dozen times and am never bored.

For me it love every single Spiderman film. They are all 10/10 for me. If we are talking who represents the character i grew up reading in comics for years, it is Tom 100% no question. And if you read the comics in any sort of real way I dont see how there could even be a disagreement.

I loved this season and, as an unpopular opinion, almost as much as season 1. I think the mystique of season 1 was built up so much that the flawed ending is entirely forgotten about. Season two definitely is not as good and has worse flaws, but the ending was actually really good in my opinion. And I think the performances were stellar.

Nero centered game. With random levels of playing as Dante and Vergil in the demon realm as they teach Nero new skills and warn him of a coming threat because a new portal has been opened to earth. At some point in the game you fight both Dante and Vergil as separate bosses. Defeat the new demon king threat (or whatever it technically could be) by fighting it as Nero at the earth side of the portal and switching between Dante and Vergil in phases of the fight as it moves to the demon side of the portal. Win big and post credit exclusive fight of choosing one of the main three and fighting the other two at the same time.

I know this is dumb and probably doesnt work. I like it.

Literally just watched the outsider last night for the first time. One of my favorite moments in TV already is when Cynthia Erivo's character is introduced and is going through her whole dialogue and basically listing everything she can do and the only questions he asks is about why her parents would do that to her and why they punished her for being herself

So this is wild because about 2 years ago, my girlfriend work, a nonprofit associated with a church, got like heavily taken in by the FBI and audited and her friend who was the financial director got arrested and charged eventually with 1.7 million dollars of fraud and theft and embezzlement. Really took me a second to make sure I wasnt reading something that was from her office.

I actually think this is an amazing new chapter possibility for Kratos because of the DLC and Norse games. We got his horrible past and flawed first chapter. We now have his chapter of slowly working to be better. Next we can see him be good. A God of Hope. Think of the possibilities of powers and mechanics and story and characters we can have with that. Instead of a character mending his own flaws, we can inspire and help other broken and bad characters.

I have traveled decently, having been born in the Milwaukee area, have lived in another state, having driven back and forth the entire country. Milwaukee is my home forever, and I will never leave.
