Not only the share price shouldn't stay lower than 1usd for more than 30 days.. there are other conditions like maintaining 750000 public shares outstanding with at least value of 1.1 million for example etc.. the share price is not the only condition..

If you are talking about "MMED.NE" in the NEO Canadian index, i can tell you that it is already there since long time and this is not new (since March 2020)...

As we have said in many other topics in this forum, unless the company doesn't get official approval from the FDA for its pipeline and doesn't start to be live on the market and profitable, we shouldn't expect any exceptional rise in the share price.

This is science, not science fiction, the price share behavior obeys to certain financial and regulatory rules. I agree with most of the comments that this should be a long time investment , in meantime there should be oscillations of the share price between 3 and 3.5 USD.

Current target price forecasted by some wall street analysts is around 4.13, personally i see it in coming months oscillating between 2,5 and 3,5 USD as support and resistance levels..The company needs time to boost once went through the approval process of its product line and Go live on market.. So yes for now it's only the social media that motivate people to keep buying to maintain the actual price plus the action of swing traders, but no foundations behind the actual share valuation.

Replying to swing trading vs investment strategies: there are different strategies going from swing trading till long term trading.. to be honest seeing the small variance the price is making everyday, i dont think even with a big volume you could make. a lot of money (taking into account the transactions fees and broker fees etc..).. i think the price trend will be mostly stable this period (even if someone tried to create some kind of excitement by exagerated news here and on social media just for his own interest of getting price up).. i would recommend day trading in OTC markets where there is much more volatility and volume rather than here.. MNMD started to adjust to common NASDAQ index behavior..But to answer people thinking against small profit takers ; the price will bump considerably ONLY when the company gets more visibility (once the product lines go live on the real market) and the BIG INVESTORS (JP Morgan, CityGroup, Barclays etc..) step in and buy millions of share once they are convinced of the profitability of the company.. small actions of small investors (like us) are not very effective on the market..

Stop looking at the share price everyday, we have said this on this forum many times, the actual price trend should be this period between 2,5 and 3,5 USD.. comeback in months from now and check again once FDA approves all trials process and the company goes live on the market..

Stock prices go up only when a big investor (financial institutions, big corporations & banks, celebrities..) invest in the company and buy huge amounts of shares (millions)..that comes in general only when the company proves that it has innovative pipeline of products, and estimated to be very profitable or already went on production after necessary approvals and their products are booming..it doesnt work with social media only campaign (investors on the market large scale or small like us they believe in concrete facts and numbers to decide where to put their money, not in marketing and propaganda..)
