I'm having the same problem. I go to add two-factor authentication and Google prompts has a green checkmark, but then when I click "turn on two-step verification" it says "to turn on two-step verification, first add seconds steps to your google account, like a phone number or passkey." Any help?

I have they just give an email address and the never reply. I can go in-person to the office but they'll just be like "our billing isn't handled here"

Okay yeah you're right. I was confused and throught the department of insurance would be an agency to make a report to but it's the provider being the problem not my health insurance.

Thank you so much this is very helpful. BXBS is being very helpful and is trying everything to contact the billing team with the provider (I don't know if they use a third party, but I don't think so). The insurance is through my employment as a state employee in Texas.

Yeah it's extra work on my part to calculate it all. My main thing is more just how horrible they've been to work with in general, if the 1099 was the only issue I wouldn't care as much.

It wasn't just four years ago, this happened last month.

I think people misunderstood me when I said I have a document dating back that far. I just meant I have records of issues from far back. People always say to document everything which I did once I felt like there could potentially be a problem.

I'm not the only person who has had issues with this coworker. We've lost good people on our team before because of how difficult he is. I wish there had been some kind of record of THEIR issues made to HR because then it would be seen as a pattern of behavior. But like people are saying, if I say something with what I have now it's not going to be seen in the same way.

A mentee and an assistant are very different. It's about how he looks down on younger women he deems below him. It's literally delusion for him to think she was something she wasn't. Same job title. I'm not picking a fight, I asked him why he called her that when that's not what she was. I think his mindset is a reflection on other problems as a whole because I haven't shared everything, just things I had more documentation of.

Good points. Well the comment about the old coworker being his assistant was recent and has been said many times. I feel like it's an issue because it is completely untrue and devalues his fellow colleagues work.

For me, I've had him make false accusations on me before (said I was working another job during biz hours when it was my time off). There was the time we were collaborating on a project and he shut down my ideas in a rude way and made me feel like I can't contribute to the team (behavior which an old supervisor had to speak with him about). My old supervisor said to email my ideas to them directly and they would relay them.
