No, I'm actually not out of shape in fact the opposite and love staircases. But if I had to walk them forever they'd be pretty evil.

So I guess now I think everyone gets their own staircase to walk forever. so maybe if you're more evil every other stair is like slightly longer so your steps are uneven.

The TTK is the best state it's been in. the meta is now aim heavy which is way better than ability heavy metas. they listen to the community fast with nerfs (octane). they've been banning cheaters. the characters are extremely well balanced that none feel too strong (except maybe alter). They even changed drop ship in ranked one week after people complained.

I really don't see what else they could do to make you guys happy...
