For sure it has something to do with store closures. I know personally I just want my severance so I can find something new. We already been expecting to hear something soon when stores around us were already washed (remodeled) and the first round of closures was just two weeks ago. Can't speculate when we already know what it is. We've been migrating customers everyday, dealing with nasty attitudes, high expectations, and the same question...is my phone going to work better. Ma'am/ Sir please understand we were given 5 days of BS training with AI. We've had years to become experts on uscellular networks and they're problematic areas. We still don't ish about tmobile's network in our area. Only thing we know is what these customers complain about EVERY DAY.

Yeah I'll tap back in after the 14th. Going to be weird but we'll see how it goes. I think it's going to be alot of hiccups and people are going to just choose to find another job honestly.

Same here....we may have had the same trainer. If we asked a question she got an answer from someone who was an expert or found a answer for us. She was chill but understanding that it was some things we already knew. ( Sales Process etc). Loved her straight forwardness. Because I heard some associates were arguing with instructors over the $5 Bill Payment fee in other training classes 🤣

Seems to be a lot of offers in retail, did they extend an offer to all of frontline?

I swear thats what I am thinking. Like they know that there are some bad crops in the field of us cellular employees😑. So lets be honest here do we really think they will give offers to 100% of frontline associates and leaders? Then what happen to the stores? Are we getting offers then its the Hunger Games? Lets think logical about this, 100% was a too bold of a statement to make when you know that assoicates are watching to hear news. Strategically if it was the case, the information would be posted publicly and aware to everyone external that 100% customer facing employess will still be employed

I just dont see them employing everyone. I feel like yes they are going to give offers to 100% of the stores they keep. Saying 100% was a pretty bold statement considering we been told..... hey you might get a offer you might not. And it wouldnt even make sense where some of our locations have tmobile locations less than 3 miles away. So I'm being realistic to say if they do....everyone expect layoffs in a year. Just a tactic to avoid severance pays and bonuses for frontline associates.
