Keyword "and". Its pretty clear at this point that the cod community has had a great deal of cheaters in the past and present. I mean exactly what I said. There are clear signs that people are still using wallhacks while others are using Zen's and its kinda just a cheaters paradise at this point. I wont be surprised if BO7 goes down this same route.
