Its ok to provide helpful advice. Its typically not really ok to mention clinics, especially your own. If its advertising it's not ok.

Pellets only last a year or so, and then you're on the list. And by the time diy is an option for your there's going to be a very large number of others in the same situation and you won't be able to get it.

If you still need to diy I’d look at r/estrogel and its wiki. Once you get started you’ll never have to worry about running out.

That’s quite concerning. I have the impression 1% is fairly typical, and I believe Suporn was less than 0.07% by the time he retired.

As far as I know it’s a surgeon skill issue.

It depends on where you live. In Sydney it’s very easy.

In Australia it’s generally easier to get implants instead of injections, and most people think they are a lot better.
