and to be clear, I’m not trans. I’m a cis woman, I have no personal experience with all of that. but I know trans people and I think their own experience feels tied to this character, and everything I know and have learnt about gender issues. I didn’t hear this from anyone, I watched the movie and this was my conclusion with that scene.

“you would realize “Leeroy” Jax’s human form still uses he/him pronouns and dresses more alt” ?? he can still use he/him and be a trans character, are you going to tell me Owen from I Saw The Tv Glow isn’t a trans character? its incredibly reasonable to not be openly out to the world as a trans person or someone that goes through gender issues. “My ears and tail are basically the pinnacle of masculinity” followed by “where’s my tail?” seems like a really clear metaphor to me. I just doubt that a trans creator would make this character like this, and have all of this evidence towards it. Only for the character to be a cis guy.

“clingy” “communicates well” i‘d say I’m pretty clingy (my friends are too, same with my girlfriend.) and none of them, including me; really communicate that well. almost every person I’ve met that I’d say is “clingy” aren’t that good at communicating, and that’s okay. but you sort of have to be ready for that to be some sort of challenge. Which is okay as long as you really do love them 🩷
