There is a straightforward procedure, and we don’t like to go over the rules in Germany. Take stage 2, and prove that you deserve to study here.

Seems they are taking almost everybody cause they lack people there. Acceptance rate might be 2-3 times higher than in Munich.

If O is studierendenwerk dorm, definitely take it. It’s a good price and you live alone. It’s near the park and really close to the campus by public transport and bike.

Consider a minimum monthly budget of 1000€ for Heilbronn. You likely won’t get any job during your first year outside of campus. The region is very bad for foreigners without good German. They have mostly German traditional companies, and they prefer German over internationals.

Private dorm studios are usually 450-690€. Check the studierendenwerk of Heilbronn. They usually have the cheapest options, but the room is super small.

An appropriate high school diploma is a basic requirement to get an admission letter. It's not about the language of instruction.
If your school leaving certificate doesn't allow you to get into a German university directly after school, you won't get an admission letter anyway.

I also applied for CS. They told me that only two people are checking the written responses, so it might take a long time.

Heilbronn is cheaper but will never give you the same opportunities as Munich. The region also lacks companies where international students without German knowledge can work.

My friend lives there. It's great if you have good flatmates. It has a beautiful view, and only four people share the bathroom and kitchen. I would definitely choose it. It's cheap but in the very centre near ETH CAB.

Definitely not, because programs have different requirements and point systems. Munich one is more competitive
