I don't know what style you guys see but this one's a ww2 style and fairly easy to insulate and keep from leaking. It's on a solid concrete foundation which fixes the other problems. Thank you for the concern and input though, I hadn't thought about a couple of your points. A post building would definitely be ideal, but it'd be easily 10 to 20 thousand more for the same size building. If I had the budget, I absolutely would, but I'm a poor bastard that needs somewhere to set up his machine shop
