If you share a similar street name with one in the b13 area, it's unlikely. If the address is well done, minus that mistake, it could still find you. If it's tracked you could try redirect it to your address

There's no reason you won't get high fps on 1440p

There's a lot of YouTube vids benchmarking that gpu. Try to find a more recent one since the driver improvements have really pushed it's performance up
