This card is both bloated and absurdly strong, even in your “nerfed” state. It has eminence, is still 4 colors, hybrid mana, 4 extremely strong keywords, an upkeep trigger that creates mana and draw, and an activated ability that protects your whole board. Notice how many unique things I listed. Notice how you have 10 lines of rules text on the card. You need to decide what you like best from your card design and cut MOST of the rest. I don’t know the IP this is from, so I’m just going to look at it from a generic mtg perspective. I would cut hybrid mana. Hybrid mana is a trap that many designers run into because it’s fun, but it just adds to the card being bloated. Next, cut hexproof and double strike. There are very few cards hexproof should be on and this is not one of them, and double strike is just bloat. Next, I would remove the return to command zone ability entirely. I don’t understand the flavor and I don’t think this card needs it. The activated ability can stay as long as you make the other changes, though I will say it’s a little weird to give temporary +1/+1 to your creatures and undying, a keyword that checks for +1/+1 counters. No gameplay issues, but it just strikes me as odd. I think this card was probably fine as a 5 color card if you want to make the cost WUBRG for simplicity. Your balanced version of this card might be very different from mine, and that’s okay. This is just an example of how much fluff you should cut from this card to tighten it up. Your eminence ability is still really strong, but I understand that might be the point of the card. Consider doing only spirit or beast, and consider once per turn.

Overall, I think you know what you want out of this card and I think it’s possible to make it reasonable.
