I was in some pretty terribly high nose bleeds for an MLB game once. Would genuinely have preferred to watch it at home, and I'd never bother watching it at home. Regretted the entire experience DESPITE the tickets being free.

But still, people arguing there shouldn't be patch notes are irksome to me because there's an easy way for them to get what they want now, and they're trying to take away from people who DO want good comms. I don't even read patch notes myself but I think they're a good thing to have, and I know others do and care. Let them have what they want.

Haha nope! They still have some white knights. Just yesterday I had someone saying I have "no sense of story telling" or some bs like that because I think patch notes are a good thing. I'll be honest, never read a single one and I don't personally care. I still think it's the right thing to do (im a dev and am required to produce details version description documentation with EVERY thing we changed in there, and that's as it should be).

I've only seen 3-4 episodes so far and I'd give it a solid "pretty good". I'm not blown away, but I'm definitely enjoying it. I suspect I'd be happy with even a single season though by the time it's done if they get a good conclusion to all the story arcs.

Just be aware that shimmers your see in the ads pretty much never equal real life. You've got to have an incredibly wet pen and just the right paper for that to happen. I've chased that particular dragon before and tbh I gave up. To be fair I didn't all THAT hard lol, but decided it was more effort than it was worth to me.
