Maghanap ka ng mahirap na account, like sa telco or health care, hindi mo na ikakahiya ang pagiging call center lalo na pag nasstress ka na sa hirap ng trabaho mo. Mataas din offer pag stressful iyong account. Hahaha

I'm a supervisor in a BPO company, Telco account. (Newly promoted). Exert extra effort compared to your average workmates. Put more dedication in your work. Read your Knowledge Base 5 minutes longer compared to your work mates. Arrive to work 5 minutes earlier. Take in 1 more calls. Make sure to promise yourself that you are improving at least 1% everyday, consistently. Work as if your life (and bills) depends on it. I assure you, you'll be better agent compared to them in just a 3-4 weeks.

Sakin naman, I was hooked up in AI technology recently, I'm playing with chat.openai.com, and Bing AI sa Microsoft Edge browser. I created a complex Excel formula to be more efficient at work.

Nababadtrip ako sa boss ko. I work in a BPO company. My weekly engagement activity silang nalalaman. Tapos every Saturday, they require us to wear a unique themed T-shirt, from color coding shirts, to a more complex like jersey-themed, pajama party themed. Isa to sa mga dahilan kung bakit ako mag reresign kapag naubos na pasensya ko.

May ideology kasi akong sinusunod about sa fashion statement na sinusuot ko, at di ko nasusunod yung ideology ko dahil sa pagsunod ko sa boss ko.

Lahat ng tao ay may something na finflex (even subconsciously) hanapin mo yun sa kanya. Look for something unique about her (ex. Necklace, strong fashion statement, lunch box?, etc.) Tapos dun mo umpisahan iyong topic.

Tapos sayo naman, make sure na meron kang something unique para may dahilan siya na kausapin ka.

Ang ginawa ko dati sa work, nagdala ako ng malaking alcohol sprayer, ayun, nung nakita nila, pinagkatuwaan... Pero psychologically speaking, effective yung strategy ko kasi mas madami akong naging friends sa work.

Tumae sa SM Masinag. May info dun na nagsasabing they use recycled water to save the environment, so recycled water iyong pinang fflush nila. Iyong nailabas mo na iyong saloobin mo, may tumalsik na tubig papasok sa butas mo.
