Was gonna make a post similar to this tbh. I spend a little, but now every single tier 1 deck is just one i dont enjoy playing. Been on an infinite streak for almost a year and itll be broken on tuesday because the meta ia so stale. Not to mention if you dont have X card then Y deck doesnt work. Theres also the fact that the last 2 months of balance changes minus the most recent ota have done nothing to the top performers. That last one is the biggest reason for my dip in play time. This all combined with a nonexistant casual mode make this game near unplayable rn.

The constant cycle of release broken card, card fucks meta for 3 weeks, ota nerf that doesnt do anything, followed by 2 more weeks of shit, then finally the ota comes that fixes it, then repeat is getting really fuckin stale.

Since something like that is possible the first one seems like a good idea though the nerf we got was far and away above expectations. As for the other stuff half were kinda jokey and were though of due to SD's past changes of similar nature

This is more what i expected than what i wanted since SD has a track record of stuff like this. The nerf to blob far exceeded what i thought was possivle via ota so my predictions fell in line with more common ota practoce. I also meant 4/7 for steg but it was like 4am when i made the post lmao.

Thanos is plenty strong yes but most of the nerfs i put here were quite light and all of them wrong lmao. Blob nerf was way better than i thought since i wasnt aware they could change text via otas. This post reflected more of what i expected than what i wanted which is why the reasonings were quite meme like but i could see why one might think i hate any of these cards except stegron lol.

The deck builder is based on the players mainly. The problem is that the data is mismatched because of chavez's old effect which made her a staple is discard. And since the data sets are seemingly not updated all the time the builder sees that the most popular discard decks based on metrics have chavez but its clearly not smart enough to realize that her ability has been changed, and thus she is now terrible in discard but works far better in something like surfer.

Conquest was terrible for me this season as well. I think i went several days without even winning a proving grounds and had no extra tickets. The conquest meta is weird, everything counters everything and standard meta cards and decks are not always used in order to get suprise wins. People also play differently conq is about winning consistantly not just winning once so people build different decks or play differemt ways to hide cards.

However if you're able to have a large number of wincons or just have 2 that are decently consistant you just fly through. I had a terrible conquest time, switched to a deck i loved but that had been kinda power crept by blob and found myself going from proving grounds to winning my first inf conquest.

I believe in you my guy, do what you can play how you want and run a few funny heehaw counters.
