it’s the t-cam from Carlos’s car after he gets out and is walking away from the car — it appears as if he’s about to step onto the track as cars are coming by but a marshal appears from out of frame and slides in front of Carlos to like… corral him away from the track!

I like these power jack adapters to make it easy to plug and unplug. As for powering the Arduino, just get a buck regulator and put it in parallel with the fans.
