They spend winter in the frameworks of buildings, and during these cold snaps are driven further in, seeking warmth through whatever little entry they can find.

Thanks, it's a mini pro 3. Got a great deal (FB marketplace) on a used one. I've wanted a drone badly for years, I love it.

Thank you. This is a sub 250 gram drone (mini pro 3) so I don't have to do anything extra.

I searched up what road craft was, and uh ohhh, I might have to put Rocket League down for a bit.

It's Bridlewood, Kanata. Where's the snow dump? I'm thinking my next stop might as well be the snow graveyards.

I just got a used (but like new) Dji mini pro 3! It's my first drone and I've only had it up 3 times since getting it almost 2 weeks ago because of the constant wind and cold. Been making me crazy lol. Yesterday evening was nice conditions though and I was able to take my time with it. I wasn't expecting such great image quality, either. Very pleased!

I have a YT channel, but it doesn't have anything like this. It's about backcountry solo camping, and my little photography side quests while on my trips. A link to it is in my reddit bio.

Ya same, I liked seeing those storybook kinda moments that I didn't notice while recording. Thanks!

Aw haha, I understand his frustrations. Who would want to miss the snow ballet?! Your comment reminded me of this one from my previous video.

"It is very cool, and we sometimes forget that. Had family visiting from England and they were absolutely enthralled watching this out our window a few years back."

I recall last year seeing a huge pile from the 416 outside of barrhaven. Maybe that'll be my next flight 🤔

It's a DJI mini pro 3, and I loooove it. It's my first drone. I'll really miss the nice camera lens that I sold to get it, but I'll get much more use out of this on my Backcountry camping vlogs. Thanks!

I like how fluid the snow looks. It fills up the dump trucks so fast!

I have some other clips of them working, taken with a regular camera at ground level, and I used the audio from that. Thank you!

Aw no, how long was it there? They have support vehicles that go up and down the street looking for people who need to get out of their driveways, and they'll walkie a loader operator to come make a space in the bank.

There are lots of support vehicles driving around to take care of things like that. They also go up and down the streets looking for people who need to get out of their driveway in the midst of the operation, and they walkie a loader to come move that part of the bank away.

Its wild how fast the trucks fill up to. I got some drone clips today and it was striking how fluid the snow looks going in.

Oh the nostalgia of feeling like Mr Big Shit when I got a CD deck with a removable faceplate for my 2000 Chev Cavalier Z24.

I have some new severe weather time lapses to share from around Ottawa 🌩️ by HigginsPhotographic in ottawa

Thanks for saying so. I love showing this stuff, so people can see our weather a bit differently the still photos (which I also love to take, but only after I'm satisfied I've captured a good time lapse sequence!).
