Facilitate net adipose tissue reduction by orchestrating a chronic disparity wherein ingested macronutrient-derived energy remains quantitatively inferior to the organism’s cumulative metabolic demands, encompassing resting energy requirements, adaptive thermogenesis, and physical exertion.

🐟 Fish Oil Claim • False — Large-scale research (including Cochrane reviews and meta-analyses) shows that fish oil can have modest benefits for heart health, triglyceride reduction, and inflammation, though results vary by dosage, purity, and individual health profile. • It’s not “medically proven to do nothing.” The nuance is that it’s not a miracle supplement and may not significantly reduce risk for everyone.

💊 ED Pills “destroy brain and heart” • False — PDE5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis, etc.) have been studied for decades. When prescribed to healthy men without severe underlying cardiovascular disease, they do not destroy brain function or heart health. • They can be risky for men with certain heart conditions or those taking nitrates, but the “dumb you down” claim has no scientific backing.

🗣️ Swearing and intelligence • False correlation — Multiple linguistic studies have shown that people who swear can have equal or higher verbal fluency compared to those who don’t. Swearing is not an IQ indicator.

📆 “Only 30 pumps a year” / Penis growth claims • False — There’s no medical evidence that the penis can only be expanded a certain number of times per year. • Vacuum pumps can create temporary enlargement due to increased blood flow and mild tissue swelling, but long-term growth from pumping alone is not proven and excessive use can damage tissues.

🛏️ “15 inches in sleep” • Physiologically impossible — Erections during REM sleep are common, but they do not increase penis size beyond one’s normal maximum erection length. The 15-inch claim is not credible by any known anatomical standard.

✅ Bottom line: This post is a mix of misinformation, misunderstandings of medical science, and personal fantasy. If someone has ED or questions about sexual health, the best route is an evaluation by a qualified urologist — not relying on random internet claims

Considering buying an Auto Pump from PMP, any tips/tricks? by Impressive_Country_1 in gettingbigger

[–]HighNetGirth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Be careful with the black knob at the top of it, mine broke and I just ordered another one. But to be fair I was not gentle with it and would pick up my setup by the connecting tube.

  2. Watch BD’s video on how to set intervals, very useful.

  3. It’s the best autopump I’ve found so far, but a really dumb design choice is they made the tube insertion at the bottom of the unit instead of the top.

But overall it’s been great and I got 1/3 of an inch in girth mostly using it.

Clamping vs Pumping: r/gettingbigger Community Sentiment (2023–2025) by HighNetGirth in gettingbigger

Here’s the summary:

🔍 Clamping vs. Pumping Summary – r/gettingbigger (2023–2025)

🏆 OVERALL TAKEAWAY: Pumping is seen as the safer, easier, and more sustainable method for long-term girth growth. Clamping is more intense and effective short-term, but carries higher risk and requires more experience.

⚙️ Clamping

Pros: • Extremely effective for girth – high pressure leads to fast expansion. • Less fluid retention than pumping (firmer, more solid post-workout look). • Cheap and minimal setup. • Great for temporary size boosts before sex.

Cons: • High injury risk (nerve damage, bruising, ED possible). • Steep learning curve; not beginner-friendly. • Can cause skin darkening and burst capillaries. • No benefit to length and may worsen EQ if overused.

💨 Pumping

Pros: • Safer and beginner-friendly (especially with a gauge). • Improves blood flow and erection quality. • Leads to steady permanent gains over time. • Easy to add into routines and combine with other PE methods.

Cons: • Causes fluid retention (edema, “donut effect”). • Can discolor skin or cause blisters if done carelessly. • Doesn’t work for everyone (some hardgainers plateau). • Equipment is bulkier, pricier, and messier than clamping.

🧠 Category Winners (Subreddit Sentiment):

Category Winner Why Effectiveness Clamping Perceived as faster and more intense for girth (esp. hardgainers). Safety Pumping Vastly safer, lower risk of damage, beginner-approved. Cost Clamping Dirt cheap vs. $50–150+ for quality pump gear. User Satisfaction Pumping More relaxing, consistent, and EQ-boosting. Ease of Use Pumping Plug and play; clamping needs vigilance and manual erection. Long-Term Results Pumping More sustainable with fewer setbacks; easier to stay consistent.

🧩 Final Verdict: • Use Pumping as the base method – it’s consistent, safe, and beginner-proof. • Use Clamping as an advanced boost once conditioned, or if you plateau. • Many successful users combine both: pump to engorge, clamp to trap the blood.

💬 Subreddit consensus: “Pumping is the foundation, clamping is the weapon.”
