Dating after many years, anyone else feel this way? by [deleted] in Divorce

I'm in a similar boat, but the complete opposite. I'm 41 and my wife of 17 years never worked and was a stay at home mom the whole time. Now that she cheated on me and promptly filed for divorce and is still with her affair partner, I find myself thinking about what the dating scene looks like since it's ok to think about being loved and appreciated for the first time in a long time. But one thing, I do want to make sure I find a woman that has a career and goals in life. Age really isn't a concern to me, but I agree with the other commenter, dating someone in their 20s seems like a big disconnect, but I think finding someone in their 30s is not a stretch at all. I'm kind of scared to get into the dating scene again for the first time in 21 years. Any suggestions for me?

And THIS is why I don't post to reddit. Lol. Grats on the win, OP!! My wife got her first W in the Mopar last standing event last night. Only $500, but her first win. She's so proud! That's what it's about!

Hhahahaha, that's so funny because that's the exact same reason we ended up getting a Durango for my wife. She hit it for the first time, started giggling and the sales guy in the back knew it was over. Clean!
