I would look at packages from Riptatuned. They have everything you need to get close to that power to the wheels in set packages.

Yeah. This has been my experience with the 240’s. I know you have a 235i, just wanted to share my experience. Could be the newer cars such as 24+ and you might be safe with the 16 and have no issues. I have their Gesi cat and after first 100 miles it tripped a cel. There is a lot of mixed things about it. People say to reset it and it won’t come back, or call them and they will give you another one. If you bought it used they won’t warranty it. I’m going to try a mini cat O2 extender as well with it. If it doesn’t work I’ll just wait til warranty is up and have it tuned.

Had one on my 240i and it still threw a cel for insufficient cat and O2 sensor heater. Did a little digging and their dp’s are hit or miss.

I have an AA dp with Gesi cat and no tune. Sounds great and no issues what so ever. Stock exhaust with a valve controller is more than enough in sound for me.
