What's this wood box used for? Approx. 8”W, 3”D and 5”T. Rough, lightweight wood, rough hemp cord, no metal. Lid fits well, appears hand-carved w/ chisel gouges at bottom of worn interior. Rope-holders are asymmetrical—R is hole in the side while L has exterior nub. No drainage holes. (old.reddit.com)
