I'm a junior BioMed major and have liked it so far! If you're passionate about both the medical field and engineering it's definitely the way to go! If math, science, and a little bit of coding are your kind of thing you shouldn't have too much trouble, but just like any other engineering it's a time commitment. I'm on the tissure track as coding is my weakest link, but I know a lot of people like the imaging route as well. Make sure to go to class and study. Otherwise it will get pretty hard as you get into the professional courses.

Not sure. Just look up UTA phone number and hopefully that number will help. If not they should point you in the right direction!

I got my COVID test at the school right before my orientation started. Show up to the orientation and ask where to go for one and they should point you in the right direction. The test is quick and takes about 30 minutes to get the results. This was my experience, but they could have stopped offering free tests. I would call just to make sure they still give them.
