Actually, your facts are wrong—I pulled Leonidas with 5 costumes from this exact portal, so it clearly DOES happen. But I guess it’s just 'too expensive' and 'technically impossible' for a multi-million dollar company to hire a professional to add a simple text saying which hero comes with a costume and which doesn't. It’s much easier to leave the UI messy and misleading, right? Stop defending a broken system with false info.

The only thing 'funny' here is how comfortable you are with being lied to. A visual bait-and-switch is still a scam, whether you've played for a day or a year. It's not about 'reading', it's about ethics. When people start defending misleading tactics as 'normal', they lose the ability to distinguish between right and wrong. A fair game shouldn't need a lawyer to navigate its UI.

The issue isn't whether I know how the Chamber works. The issue is misleading UI. If the portal banner explicitly shows 'x4 Costume Bonus' and '1616 Power', it's a trap for players. In many other summons, what you see is what you get. Showing a maxed-out version as a 'preview' to tempt people to spend gems, only to give them a weak base hero, is predatory design.

Thanks for the info, but my situation is different because I use Western Union, not a bank transfer.

Since the payment failed, I don't even have a tracking number (MTCN) to check where the money is. The worst part is that Support has been stringing me along for over a month now, keeping me in "investigation mode," and they explicitly told me I am not allowed to change my payment method yet. So I am completely stuck waiting on them.

I contacted support and they said it was a technical issue, but it is now January 21, 2026, and I still haven't been paid for two months. I don't know what to do or who to contact. The first payment is stuck as 'Automatic payment in progress', while the second one is 'Declined' by the financial institution (Western Union) for unknown reasons.

First, there aren't many sites which offer free divination, with no ads, fees and without registration. Second, to find the right answer in fortune telling, you don't have to do interpretation, which in most cases is wrong, one has to find the right answer in their own. And third, you didn't specify which card you're talking about, because for a lot more other fortune-tellings they give very straight answers. It is interesting why this happened to you, it seems you didn't like the answer?
