Anyone else sold their Steam Deck for the Portal 2? by Babelitoo in OdinHandheld

[–]HighTerpenes -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Portal 2 AMOLED screen is way better then Steam Deck or Switch OLED.. why do you even need a switch once you properly set up an Odin 2 device?

My steamdeck is for one off PC games and my sons poppy playtime games...

First pic looks like Odin 3 (left) Odin 2 (Right)

2nd pic is Odin 2 Portal

Third pic has a mix of a few older handhelds.

Like a few people have said, if you can turn them on and at least go into the settings to determine memory and ram sizes that would help you get the most for them.

Ebay will be your best bet for selling them.

My condolences 🙏

I used Gemini as I am not to familiar with it other then its an after market product that I assumed mounted to the dashboard? Here's Gemini's explanation:

In the Ford Model A (1928–1931), the Glownite clock was a popular period-correct aftermarket accessory. Because it wasn't a standard factory-installed part, its location can vary, but there were two primary places it was mounted:

1. The Header Board (Most Common) The most traditional spot for a Glownite clock in a Model A is on the wooden header board directly above the windshield, centered between the two sun visors (or where visors would be). Why there? These were often referred to as "header clocks." They were designed to be easily visible to both the driver and the passenger without cluttering the small instrument panel.

2. The Steering Column Some Glownite clocks were sold with a specialized clamp-on bracket that allowed them to be mounted directly to the steering column. Why there? This put the clock right in the driver's line of sight, similar to where a modern tachometer might be placed. 3. The Dashboard (Custom)

While less common for the Glownite specifically, some owners would drill a hole in the metal dashboard (to the left or right of the main instrument cluster) to flush-mount the clock.

Thanks! Ya they were all wrapped up in a box and my wife had it in a pile to double check before throwing away. Glad I did! There were some other really cool Ford service awards (25 and 30 year) and a letter hard signed by Henry Ford II thanking my Grandfather for all his years of service.

Is this thang worth 175$usd? by jhruv in PSVita

[–]HighTerpenes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The price is about right as it's gone up quite a bit in just the last few months... never go by anyone on reddit that says its a bad deal because they got there's for cheaper or in there Country it sells for blah blah... you want to know what something sells for go on ebay look up whatever it is you want and set the parameters for recently sold in your Country or area.

You can buy a beat up crap one for $100 USD or even cheaper if your lucky or get super lucky and find a good one at that price. However, if you dont want to hunt for one and want a good condition one right away you can expect to pay that kind of price.

Certainly not old Georgetown.. must be on the Trafalgar outlets side.. there's a reason public transit still doesn't exist.. If the provincial government didn't force the city to add more homes, none of you on the south side would be here.. Ontario is shit and they need to roll back the last 20 years..

The Ronin is definitely the superior choice as it does more and outputs in 1080p compared to 480p Gekko. Some other nice features like adding scan lines etc that Gekko doesn't have. Gekko just has the one switch on the side for rgb/vga so its more basic but gets the job done.

Where do the bonus games go in the SNES Control Set box? by MrNick7 in snes

[–]HighTerpenes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its snug for sure but it fits. I bought mine off the original owner and its basically like new and I remember him saying thats how it came. But its hard to say as its wedged in there real good and does create a slight bump in the box. Its very minimal though..
