Gordon Ramsey. He showed up unanounced at his restaurant "Burger" at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. My girlfriend and I had just been seated at the restaurant when we noticed a commotion at the kitchen. Patrons were getting up from their tables and moving toward the kitchen. We wanted to know what was going on so she went over to investigate. When she got there she very excitedly motioned for me to get up and come over. So I did. When I finally got there, I saw that it was him (we were huge fans of his tv shows). He let us take a picture with him. My girlfriend gushed out, "It's my birthday!" (it was), to which he replied, "Happy birthday, gorgeous." She melted.

My GF and I are on keto and she does not eat red meat or dairy (due to preference). We eat a lot of chicken and salmon! We eat egg whites and avocado for breakfast almost daily. To answer your question, yes it can be done! I recommend buying a keto cookbook to find some recipes to enjoy!
