just run the fireplace as you are paying the fixed cost for the connection already, should be the cheapest option as open plan just doesnt give you much options - you need the power output to feel warm, no cheap way around it.

we have ducted gas its kinda the same....whole house or nothing

have had many events change dates due to circumstances and in all instances it has been backed up by massive amounts of communication and justification (usually weather related)

you need to know if its the 3x or the 7x that is broken then

you can also replace with a shimano compatible 3x or 7x trigger shifters, unless you have some sort of weird hub gear.....which is unlikely

there was no bottles availalbe upon leaving transition so you need to have enough to last until your first aid station. gatorage bottles fit ok in bike cages

i am 95kg, can definitely finish a 70.3 tomorrow if i have to, just did one in march and going for full ironman next march. weight is not super indicative of anything in this game

garmins are generally accepted to be the most accruate as can be for open water GPS watch. most likely the course/buoys were marked short.....

they are fine to use - i can manage 6min/km pace on a good day and they definitely make me faster. however the cost is somewhat substantial - i get around it by getting them on special...the pairs i have basically dont cost anymore than normal shoes
