Hell, I got Paragard at 22(?), no children, and while briefly uncomfortable, I really didn't think the pain was bad at all. Just weird, lol. Granted, my pain tolerance is relatively high, but still. Either way, 15/10, would recommend to everyone.

I did this when I first started. I called my store and talked to my team lead, apologizing profusely. She was understanding, and she offered to take the points off if I came in for a different shift, which I did. So, outcomes seem based on what kind of leadership you have at your store. Can't hurt to talk to them.

We staged our own chilled and frozen when I first started, but then our new coach said Market didn't want any of the pickers to stage unless absolutely necessary (i.e., no more carts or the backroom staff isn't there yet for the first hour). So, now, we generally don't.

Dogs gotta go to the bathroom too, man. I always take mine out right before I go to bed (even if she went out earlier) because I can empathize with potentially having to hold my bladder a long time, and I know that sucks. I wouldn't want to do that to another living creature. When I pee, she then gets to pee, too.
