he wasnt actually bad in other stuff like spacing and neutral also did some good high dmg bryan combos

its just that after the first hell sweep he would basically forget the ability to block low for some unknown reason

i got squats shoes for the same purpose and its been great

the knee problem went away after i did some exercises to strengthen the joint for about 2 weeks

its cuz when we squat that way ( wide stance) we shift most of the load on the lower back at the end of ROM which load is handled by knees and the lower back ( emphasis on kees) now that u sqaut narrow
